نظم مجموعة من شباب حي الزهراء شمال حائل مشروع إفطار صائم على حسابهم الخاص وبدون أي مقابل ، وبحسب أهالي الحي يقوم هولا الشباب كل سنه بتنفيذ هذا المشروع ، الذي يتوافد عليه عدد من الصائمين يتجاوز عددهم باليوم الواحد الــ 250 صائم ، إضافة إلى المسافرين على طريق حائل _ الجوف .. " إخبارية حائل " تواجدت معهم قبل الإفطار والتقطت بعض الصور للمشروع .
